Family Time at The Patch

Terence and I took the kids to a pumpkin patch to have some fun family time. The kids loved it! They had a large area to take pictures, which we took advantage of. They had cute painted wheelbarrows that you could wheel down to the patch to collect all of your treasures. I think Traysen liked the wheelbarrow the most. He sat in there the whole time and played with all the pumpkins.

All together!

Ahlea's 8th Birthday

Ahlea,
My dear sweet daughter, I want to take a minute out of our crazy life and tell you how much I love. I am so proud of you and the choices that you are making. I know that our Father in heaven loves you too. He is very proud of you in your choice to be baptized. You are growing up so fast. I remember the day that you were born and how excited we were to have you here with us. The first time you said "mom" or the way that you have always been so compassionate to others around you have been so precious to me.

Always remember ~ I Love You Forever, For Always, and No Matter What

For Ahlea's birthday Terence made her breakfast in bed before school and I made her 26 handmade (this took about 6 hours to do) little treat containers that we put candy in for the kids in class. You would think that I would have pictures of all of this and I did, but my sweet 8 year old angel played with the camera and deleted all of the pictures off of the camera on the way to the mall to get her ears pierced. There is no proof that I spent all that time on little trinkets that are now all in the garbage. Oh well, atleast she had a good day. Happy Birthday Ahlea!

This is what we woke up to this morning. The kids wanted to go out at 7:00 am and I told them had to wait until it was light outside. Traysen felt the snow and he wanted to eat it. Poor Terence he is at a district soccer game that starts at 9:00 am.

It's the Great Pumpkin Patch

Our ward has started a mommy and me group (we must have one awesome enrichment leader) that meets once a month and has a fun activity for anyone who wants to come. This month we all carpooled to a pumpkin patch. This pumpkin patch had a lot of fun activities for the kids. They had a haunted house that was very child friendly. Not one child got scared. They had goats to feed, a bean bag toss, and a pumpkin roll game. The other big event was a hay ride. Plus they got a pumpkin to take home. The kids loved all of it!

PTO aaaaagh!

Don't ask me how it happened, but it did. I am the new PTO president at Ahlea and Ethans school. I swear I was not thinking when I said I would do it. As if my life wasn't already insane. Only 8 1/2 months left and counting.

Watch Out Here I Come

Life as we know it is officially over. Tryasen has learned how to crawl! He gets into EVERYTHING. I have not had to have my house baby-proofed in over 3 years.

About Me
